Timothy, from iWindowsCBD did an outstanding job with our strata window cleaning. Our apartment building has 3 levels with awnings and all 9 neighbors were impressed with their sparkling, clean windows. He was punctual, professional, and paid attention to every detail, leaving our windows spotless and streak-free. He takes great pride in his work, and it really showed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality window cleaning!

An absolutely incredible job cleaning my residential balcony, despite the really old staining and being on the third floor. Very professional, great communication and even shared advice on how to prevent future staining. Great service for a very affordable price. Highly recommend for any balcony deep clean!

Really love the service. Tim is the professional window cleaner you can RELY ON!. I despretaely need to remove some acid marks in my shop and used 7 window cleaner companies before and none of them able to do it like him, even some of them made the window worse! Thank you very much Tim.

Tim and iWindowsCBD are consummate professionals. Whilst their focus is commercial properties, they were the only company prepared to take on my residential job. I had contacted many companies (several premium well known ones) and they all claimed the hard water spots were beyond their capabilities. Tim interacted with my job like it was his most important from first call to the day of the clean. A certain car brand used to advertise themselves as "above and beyond" if you want a real embodiment of that in your window cleaning contact iWindowsCBD. Calcium build up that would not come off with anything I or previous owner tried, Tim has access to global chemicals and equipment; not the regular small business buying from Bunnings. They are worth their price & best practice and make the near impossible done by lunchtime.

I was really impressed by the friendly and high quality window cleaning by iWindowsCBD. My apartment has floor to ceiling windows all along one wall, and they were perfect - no streaks, no mess, no fuss. I'll definitely use this service again.

I used iWindowsCBD for (really high) cathedral ceiling high dusting and high vacuuming and I'm blown away with the results, even the air quality in our home seems better thanks to the high vacuuming. Tim did an incredible job with the high dusting and high vacuuming, the ceilings might be 30+ years old but they look brand new! Tim was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating of all my requests and questions! I could not recommend iWindowsCBD more highly for the quality of their work and their service. Booked for a balcony door and floor clean. I needed this completed ASAP as I was doing a showing so emailed Tim and he was quick to provide me an appointment straight away. He did such an amazing job and was incredibly professional and friendly. My balcony had dust and sand all over and he not only washed but vacuumed the floors! Booked a balcony window and floor clean, and Tim did an amazing job! I highly recommend for anyone looking. He was friendly, professional, and punctual. My balcony was really dusty and full of cobwebs, and now it's spotless. He even cleaned the walls and my aircon unit. Also really easy to book online, with quotes provided. Tim of iWindowsCBD is a pleasant, professional and efficient balcony cleaner. He makes the task appear effortless, even on the grimiest of balconies, due to his punctuality, appropriate equipment, physical fitness and understanding of the job. His approach is flexible enough to include various bits and pieces which I mentioned up front, such as an air vent and a painted wall, and even some details I hadn't thought of. Fortunately, I engaged iWindows after another cleaning company - who were definitely not "fantastic" in my opinion - cancelled with various excuses three times. But back to iWindowsCBD, I'm so happy with the outcome I can't wait to book them again. Not that they'll be needed too soon though, as my balconies are so sparkling and perfect now.

Tim is efficient, friendly and super helpful with his time and advice. When Tim arrived it was basic window clean. However I had smears on my windows from what I didn’t know, after discussion it was from window cleaner I got on Facebook. It had damaged glass we thought. Tim suggested using something else n amazingly it worked. Tim helped me with windows till it was gone, his patience, professionalism was amazingI would highly recommend Tim, after chatting his talent extends to a lot of other cleaning tips. The service and work that Tim provided was thorough and definitely made my outdoor area look much better than it was before.He was also accommodating to a last minute change in appointment due to the nasty wet/windy weather we had last week.
