Tim and iWindowsCBD are consummate professionals. Whilst their focus is commercial properties, they were the only company prepared to take on my... residential job. I had contacted many companies (several premium well known ones) and they all claimed the hard water spots were beyond their capabilities. Tim interacted with my job like it was his most important from first call to the day of the clean. A certain car brand used to advertise themselves as "above and beyond" if you want a real embodiment of that in your window cleaning contact iWindowsCBD. Calcium build up that would not come off with anything I or previous owner tried, Tim has access to global chemicals and equipment; not the regular small business buying from Bunnings. I used iWindowsCBD for (really high) cathedral ceiling high dusting and high vacuuming and I'm blown away with the results, even the air quality in... our home seems better thanks to the high vacuuming. Tim did an incredible job with the high dusting and high vacuuming, the ceilings might be 30+ years old but they look brand new! Tim of iWindowsCBD is a pleasant, professional and efficient balcony cleaner. He makes the task appear effortless, even on the grimiest of balconies,... due to his punctuality, appropriate equipment, physical fitness and understanding of the job. His approach is flexible enough to include various bits and pieces which I mentioned up front, such as an air vent and a painted wall, and even some details I hadn't thought of. Fortunately, I engaged iWindows after another cleaning company - who were definitely not "fantastic" in my opinion - cancelled with various excuses three times. Tim is efficient, friendly and super helpful with his time and advice. When Tim arrived it was basic window clean. However I had smears on my windows... from what I didn’t know, after discussion it was from window cleaner I got on Facebook. It had damaged glass we thought.
